A VOC compliant version of the original cover stain primer-sealer. This oil-based primer-sealer seals porous interior/exterior surfaces, bonds to glossy surfaces and covers most stains. Dries to a flat white film that can be topcoated with any latex, alkyd, or oil paint. Helps prevent cedar and redwood bleed through. Can be tinted. Clean up with mineral spirits/paint thinner. Approximately covers 300 to 400 Sq. Ft. per gallon. Meets VOC regulations in some areas.
